Street Light Transition House...
is designed to assist men in the transition associated with stepping out of rehabilitation housing. Our focus is
on men who have completed alcohol and drug related recovery programs, as well men recently released from
prison and other correctional facilities.
It is a familiar, recognized truth that Continued Structure and Accountability
are important key factors in helping an individual to sustain the changes and new lifestyle they have recently chosen.
Stepping back into society with a New Hope for a brighter future can be very exciting and emotional.
We want to Help these Men Celebrate this Transition in a Healthy Way
We Offer an Opportunity of Freedom

that tends to promote continued growth through
real life issues and experiences.
Our goal...
is to work one-on-one with each man and their current program structure. As we strive to encourage discipleship, we will always endorse higher levels of godly living, as well as body, soul and spiritual development.
Our hope is that each individual will continue to grow in their discipleship of
Jesus and their Love for God so they in turn, can be an example to others.
